Customers who wish to cancel their reservations will be subject to cancellation fees as stipulated in the UNA Laboratories Cancellation Policy.

UNA Laboratories reserves the right to cancel programs if the pandemic situation changes moving forward. If the tour is cancelled, all customers will receive a full refund of the tour fee.
