We would like to inform all those who have applied for our craft tours (experience programs) about UNA Laboratories’ COVID-19 prevention measures.

Please be advised that UNA Laboratories are currently conducting tours as usual while implementing COVID-19 infection countermeasures, such as social distancing, disinfection of all equipment, wearing of masks, and more. The UNA Laboratories cancellation policy and applicable fees will still apply for those who wish to cancel their reservation. However, UNA Laboratories reserves the right to cancel tours given changes in the situation of the pandemic. In the event the tour is cancelled by UNA Laboratories, customers will receive a full refund of the tour fee.
